1. Hyperlocal Ordering Boundaries

Flipzy acts as an instant-fulfillment logistics service. Users agree that ordering range limitations are strictly enforced to ensure freshness and speed. Orders placed outside active service zones may not be processed.

2. Checkout, Payments & COD Policies

All Phase 1 orders must be paid securely online via Cashfree Payments prior to final driver dispatch. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted under any conditions.

3. Clothing Trial Cart Agreement

Users engaging in our doorstep apparel try-on service explicitly agree to the following trial parameters:

• Free Trial Limit: A maximum of 20 minutes is provided at the doorstep.
• Holding Fee: Retaining trial garments for 21 to 60 minutes incurs a holding fee of Rs. 2 per minute, charged dynamically via the user's Cashfree account.
• Main Item Return: Returning the primary, upfront-paid clothing item triggers a 10% restocking fee deduction on the refunded amount. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Maximum Try Time: All trial orders are capped at 60 minutes. Retaining items past this threshold triggers automated, forced return routing.

4. Third-Party Vendor Rules

Any product ordered from registered third-party vendor stores is final. No return, exchange, or substitution is supported for non-clothing/non-grocery vendor listings.

5. Delivery Fees & Routing

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance between the local store and your delivery address. Our smart routing system may batch orders from multiple stores to provide the most efficient delivery possible.
