Flipzy Technologies Private Limited collects personal identification data, specifically:

• Mobile Numbers: Collected for secure verification via One-Time Passwords (OTPs).
• Geographic Location: Real-time GPS coordinate logging is required to confirm whether user locations reside within the active 2.5 km quick commerce boundary of warehouses or vendors.
• Profile Information: User names, email addresses, and saved delivery addresses to streamline packaging and shipment routing.

2. How Data is Used

We process geographic coordinates dynamically to calculate distance matrices for gig delivery partners and registered marketplace merchants. Mobile numbers are utilized for secure logins and real-time delivery notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

3. Payment & Payout Security

Flipzy handles zero credit card, bank credential, or UPI information. All transactions (user payments and T+7 weekly disbursements for delivery partners and vendors) are routed securely through Cashfree Payments API, complying with PCI-DSS guidelines.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

GPS coordinates are shared in real-time with assigned gig delivery partners during active transit intervals. Third-party vendor stores only receive ordered product lists, name, and address coordinates for packing. We do not sell or monetize personal database profiles.
